SkyTrack uses the OpenSky Network, a free and open source of real-time air traffic data. Flight positions are updated regularly based on ADS-B signals received by a global network of volunteer receivers.
Not all aircraft broadcast ADS-B signals. Military aircraft, some private jets, and aircraft in areas with limited receiver coverage may not appear. Data availability depends on the OpenSky Network's coverage in your area.
Open the Spotter tab and point your device at the sky. SkyTrack overlays flight information on your camera view using your device's GPS, compass, and motion sensors. Tap the capture button to save a screenshot to your gallery.
Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → SkyTrack. From there you can change or cancel your subscription. You can also access this from the Settings tab within the app.
Open SkyTrack, go to the Settings tab, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
SkyTrack requires an internet connection to fetch live flight and weather data. Previously loaded data may be visible briefly, but real-time features need connectivity.
