By downloading, installing, or using SkyTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SkyTrack is a flight tracking and weather application that displays real-time aircraft data, weather conditions, and augmented reality sky views. The App uses publicly available data from third-party APIs.
SkyTrack offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription at $2.99/month (USD). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Flight data, weather information, and aircraft details are provided by third-party sources (OpenSky Network, Open-Meteo, HexDB). SkyTrack does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used for aviation safety decisions.

SkyTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pir8life and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pir8life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
